There’s no end to the passion this city creates, it’s evident everywhere: in the buildings and architecture, the music, the people, the colorful art that pops up everywhere and of course in the food – the tapas bars, the markets, the food stalls, the simple restaurants and the most fancy ones.

The food is sensationally traditional and it is felt in the fancy restaurants, cooking with molecular gastronomy techniques – tradition is felt in every dish, starting with the astounding serving dishes that come from the earth, the salty water from the local springs and ending at the incredible food the Catalonians were blessed with.
